Here is how festival pedicab operations usually work. A large contract holder wins the bid and brings in a hundred cabs. Then they hire experienced operators to actually make it function on the ground: managing flow at the gates, staging the fleet, rerouting around the crowd, and solving the hundred small problems that come up between load-in and load-out.
For nearly a decade, we've been those operators. Our bikes operate within the largest transportation operations at Bonnaroo, Coachella, and Stagecoach, and our founder managed ground flow and path operations at events moving tens of thousands of attendees per day. When something breaks at 11 pm on a Saturday, we are the ones solving problems with the production team.
Now events can skip a layer and contract the experienced operators directly. You get the crew that was already doing the work, a core group of operators, each with more than 10 years of pedicab event experience.

We are a Vendor
Local Bike Taxi pays a vendor fee to operate at your event.
We are admittedly not as lucrative as other vendors, as our transportation overhead is high, but we don't add to your bottom line.
Attendee rides are paid by attendees. Your transportation problem gets solved at no cost to your production budget.

Your sponsors get new inventory.
Every cab in our fleet is a moving billboard that travels your busiest corridors all day and all night. Your sponsorship team can sell cab branding as a new activation, one that sponsors love because it moves through the crowd instead of waiting for the crowd to walk past.

The event shares the ad revenue.
Sponsor branding revenue is shared with the event. That makes us the rare vendor that shows up on the income side of your ledger twice: once as a vendor fee and again as a sponsorship revenue share.

Campground Gear & Luggage Service

The haul from parking to campsite is the worst part of any camping festival. Our pedicab gear shuttles fix it — moving guests and their coolers, tents, and camping equipment from festival parking to their campsites on arrival, and back to their vehicles at load-out. The result: faster campground check-in, less traffic congestion on internal roads, and an eco-friendly camping festival transportation solution your attendees will actually rave about.
Built to pass your vendor vetting.
Licensed and insured. Every operator is trained and licensed, and we carry commercial liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request and we can add your event as additionally insured
Self contained. We arrive with our fleet, repair equipment, and our staff housing plan handled. We do not add to your production load.
Proven at scale. Our founder has managed pedicab flow at events moving tens of thousands of attendees per day, and our network can scale a fleet from a handful of cabs to one hundred plus operators.
Integrated with your ops. We plan staging zones, routes, and surge coverage with your production team in advance, and we adjust on the ground as your event evolves in real time.

Event flow and site operations consulting
Not ready for a fleet, or already have one? Hire the expertise on its own. We consult on pedestrian flow, path operations, transportation staging, and last-mile strategy for large events, and we advise on vendor selection when you are hiring transportation contractors. Our founder has designed and fixed flow operations at some of the largest festivals in the country, usually in real time, on the ground, while the event was live. A site map review before your event costs a fraction of what a bottleneck costs during it.

Grace began working in Nashville with pedicabs in 2016. She quickly realized that this was a field that suited a lot of her strengths. She loves to design, build, and fix things. She also has an extensive background in logistics and coordination between dynamic activities. Grace is always interested in solving problems and helping events level up their production presentation.
